Routeware, Inc. has acquired EasyRoute, Inc. and its UK parent Webaspx to expand its route optimization and route management product line. The deal integrates EasyRoute/Webaspx's route optimization technology with Routeware's on-board computer systems and analytics to strengthen offerings for municipal and private waste haulers.
