Ryman Hospitality Properties completed its acquisition of Grande Lakes Orlando Resort in Orlando, Florida, for approximately $1.38 billion. The purchase adds two large upscale hotels—JW Marriott Orlando, Grande Lakes and Ritz-Carlton Orlando, Grande Lakes—along with extensive meeting and event space and resort amenities.
