Infosys announced a definitive agreement to acquire Simplus, a Salesforce Platinum Partner headquartered in Salt Lake City, to strengthen its enterprise cloud and Salesforce capabilities and expand its presence in the United States and Australia. The deal expands Sabio’s presence and CCaaS capabilities in the Iberian Peninsula as part of its buy‑and‑build growth strategy.
