Salestech Group Acquires Candylabs GmbH

Salestech group (the operating platform backed by Quadriga Capital) has acquired Candylabs GmbH, a Frankfurt-based digital agency specializing in conceptual design and development of digital software solutions. The add-on strengthens the salestech group's digital product development capabilities and brings access to Candylabs' customer relationships as part of the Signition/Salestech buy-and-build strategy.
