Salt Creek Capital has acquired Real Diagnostics, LLC (RealDx), a Reisterstown, Maryland-based specialist diagnostic laboratory serving physician offices and clinics across 17 states. HCAP Partners has invested to support Salt Creek's acquisition and to help RealDx scale operations, expand geographic reach, and enhance workforce and service capabilities; terms were not disclosed.
