SAP SE Agrees to Acquire Dremio Corporation

SAP SE has agreed to acquire Dremio Corporation to expand its AI data integration and lakehouse capabilities. The deal is expected to close in the third quarter of 2026, subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals, and aims to help address enterprise AI bottlenecks caused by fragmented and disconnected data systems.

Experian Acquires AtData

The deal adds more than 10 billion email addresses and integrates AtData’s real-time email signals into Experian’s data and identity/fraud-prevention and AI capabilities.

Accenture Acquires End-to-End Analytics

Accenture has agreed to acquire End-to-End Analytics, a Palo Alto–based analytics and data science consultancy with additional offices in Brazil. The acquisition brings more than 70 analytics professionals and specialized assets in supply chain, forecasting, pricing, marketing and customer analytics into Accenture's Applied Intelligence practice to expand its analytics, AI and data capabilities across the Americas.
