Schivo Acquires ParMed

Schivo has acquired ParMed, a Berlin, Connecticut-based fluid handling specialist led by founder Chris Parzych. The acquisition brings ParMed's fluidics IP and product capabilities into Schivo's Life and Analytical Sciences segment to strengthen OEM module offerings and expand into high-growth end-markets such as liquid chromatography, IVD, genomics, and proteomics.
