SchoolStatus Acquires School Innovations & Achievement (SI&A)

SchoolStatus has acquired School Innovations & Achievement (SI&A), a K-12 attendance management software and services provider, including its operations, technology, 73 employees, and clients across more than 400 districts in nine states. The acquisition will integrate SI&A's Attendance Initiative and Attention2Attendance capabilities into SchoolStatus' data and family-communication platform to expand attendance interventions and multi-channel communications for districts; financial terms were not disclosed.
