Schréder Acquires NLS Lighting

Schréder announced it has acquired NLS Lighting, a Los Angeles–based U.S. manufacturer of specification-grade outdoor LED lighting. The deal is intended to expand Schréder’s American manufacturing capabilities and strengthen its North America outdoor lighting portfolio, while NLS will continue to operate as a standalone business under its existing leadership team.
