Sciens Building Solutions Acquires Open Systems Integrators (OSI)

Sciens Building Solutions, a Carlyle-backed life-safety platform, has acquired Open Systems Integrators (OSI), a Hamilton, New Jersey-based provider of low‑voltage fire, security and AV systems. OSI's CEO Paul Facciolo will remain in place as the company expands Sciens' Northeast footprint and service capabilities across education, healthcare, government and commercial markets.
