Scott Felder Homes, sponsored by private investment firm Platform Ventures, has acquired Olivia Clarke Homes, an award-winning boutique homebuilder in the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex. The acquisition (closed May 14) expands Scott Felder Homes' geographic footprint in North Texas; Olivia Clarke Homes' founder Jennifer Johnson will remain with the business to support integration and continuity. Financial terms were not disclosed.
