AMP Smart, a residential security and smart-home services provider based in American Fork, Utah, completed a growth capital investment with Seacoast Capital and St. Cloud Capital. Together with a renewed senior debt facility, the financing creates a growth capital structure in excess of $60 million to support AMP Smart's nationwide expansion and salesforce growth.
