Senske Family of Companies' Emerald Lawns, backed by private equity firm GTCR, has acquired Greenup Lawn and Shrub Care, a Houston-based lawn care provider with more than 40 years of operating history. The add-on strengthens Emerald Lawns' presence in the Houston market as part of Senske's broader Texas expansion and preserves the company's customer and employee relationships as the founders retire.
