Sentinel Capital Partners Sells NSI Industries to Sonepar

Private equity firm Sentinel Capital Partners has sold NSI Industries, a North American electrical and industrial distribution platform, to French multinational Sonepar. The transaction marks Sentinel’s exit after a six-year hold in which NSI was transformed through an aggressive buy-and-build strategy, including 12 add-on acquisitions.
