Service Compression Acquires Axip Energy Services

Warburg Pincus-backed Service Compression completed its acquisition of Axip Energy Services, adding more than 100 employees and expanding its natural-gas compression footprint across Texas and the Gulf Coast. The deal deepens Service Compression’s presence in major U.S. producing regions (including the Permian) and strengthens its scaled, technology-enabled full-service compression platform.
