Arlington Capital Partners has acquired TEAM Technologies, a Morristown, Tennessee–headquartered medical device manufacturer and strategic supply‑chain solutions provider, from Clearlake Capital Group for an undisclosed sum. Arlington plans to build on TEAM Tech’s vertically integrated manufacturing footprint and accelerate growth through organic investment and strategic add‑on M&A to strengthen healthcare supply chains and customer capabilities.

TEAM Technologies Acquires Baril Corporation

TEAM Technologies, a Clearlake-backed North American healthcare specialty manufacturer, acquired Baril Corporation, a Haverhill, Massachusetts-based contract manufacturer of disposable single-use medical products. The add-on expands TEAM's capabilities in die-cutting, laminating, device assembly and infection prevention/wound care manufacturing; financial terms were not disclosed and financing was provided by credit funds managed by affiliates of Ares Management with co-lender Northwest Mutual Capital.

Sharps Compliance Acquires Citiwaste, LLC

Sharps Compliance Corporation (NASDAQ: SMED) acquired Citiwaste, LLC, a Brooklyn-based route-based provider of medical, pharmaceutical and hazardous waste services that serves over 5,500 customer locations across New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Massachusetts. The deal consideration was $7.0 million in cash plus 456,760 shares of Sharps stock (total ~$9.0 million) and expands Sharps' Northeast route footprint, customer base and ability to leverage its regional treatment facility.

Sharps Compliance Acquires Alpha Bio/Medical Services

Sharps Compliance Corp., a Houston-based medical, pharmaceutical and hazardous waste disposal company, has acquired Alpha Bio/Medical Services, a pickup service headquartered in Pennsylvania that also operates in Maryland and Ohio. Sharps said the acquisition broadens its East Coast route-based footprint and coincides with the launch of a new truck-pickup service in major Texas cities.
