Sheridan Capital Partners has formed Ascend Plastic Surgery Partners, a physician practice management MSO focused on plastic surgery and aesthetics, by investing alongside surgeons and management. Ascend, headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, combines five plastic surgery practices and two standalone MedSpas and will provide services across Alabama, New Mexico, South Carolina, and Utah; financial terms were not disclosed.
