Flexpak Acquires Katzke Packaging Co. & Packaging Converting

Flexpak Acquires Select Assets to Open St. George, Utah Branch

The add-on expands Flexpak's geographic footprint into Colorado and adds specialized packaging capabilities serving end markets including electronics, instrumentation, consumer products and healthcare.

ACE, a Phoenix-based value-added distributor of corrugated boxes, stretch film, foam and polybags, will continue operating with former owners Mark Lundberg and Kevin Aldridge in ongoing roles as Flexpak expands its geographic presence into Arizona.

Blue Sea Capital Leads Recapitalization of Innovative FlexPak

Blue Sea Capital, alongside Twin Bridge Capital Partners, GoldPoint Partners and founder Travis Parry, completed a recapitalization of Innovative FlexPak (now referenced as Innovative Labs) to position the company for growth. Headquartered in Springville, Utah, Innovative FlexPak is a contract manufacturer and formulator of single‑serve and multi‑dose ingestible health and wellness products with over 350 employees; the deal funds organic expansion and potential add‑on acquisitions while management retains a significant ownership stake.
