Simpli.fi, a programmatic advertising and agency management software provider, has acquired CoreMedia Systems, a performance media management and analytics software vendor. The acquisition deepens integration to enable unified buying and attribution across linear TV, CTV and other programmatic channels and expands Simpli.fi's omnichannel capabilities.
