Simplicity Group acquired Whitney and Associates, a Des Moines-based independent insurance marketing organization, together with affiliated RIA platform Altitude Capital Management. The acquisitions add advisor marketing, digital lead generation, and wealth-management infrastructure to Simplicity’s distribution platform; Whitney principals Mitchell Whitney and Charles Johnson joined Simplicity as partners.
