Simplicity Group Holdings Acquires Northeast Brokerage

Simplicity Group Holdings has acquired Northeast Brokerage, a New England-based brokerage general agency (BGA) focused on point-of-sale solutions for financial institutions, P&C agencies, and independent advisors. The deal brings partners Rex Cretella, Mark Gage, and Mike Costello into Simplicity's partnership and expands Simplicity's presence in the New England market.
