Simpro Group Acquires BigChange

Simpro Group has acquired Leeds-based field service management software provider BigChange from Great Hill Partners, with Great Hill retaining a minority stake. The deal expands Simpro's global SaaS portfolio—combining BigChange's mobile workforce, vehicle tracking and scheduling capabilities with Simpro, AroFlo and ClockShark—and positions the combined group to scale further across the U.K. and international markets.
