ATL Partners Acquires SkyMark and Rampmaster to Create Specialty Vehicle Equipment Platform

ATL Partners has acquired SkyMark Companies and Rampmaster and will combine the two businesses into a global specialty vehicle equipment platform focused on aviation refueling and ground support equipment. A&M Capital Strategic Investments completed a minority investment alongside ATL; both management teams will retain leadership roles and meaningful equity stakes in the combined company. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Peak Roofing Partners, a platform backed by Exuma Capital Partners, has acquired Skymark Roofing as part of a strategic expansion in Florida. The acquisition adds Skymark's Central Florida footprint, ~50 trucks and ~60 employees to Peak Roofing's operations and will continue to deliver residential and commercial roofing, maintenance, and storm restoration services.
