SMART Safety Gulf Coast, a Carr’s Hill-backed safety services platform, acquired AMC Safety and Safe Construction Consulting to expand its workplace safety and compliance capabilities across the Gulf Coast and broader Southeast/Mid-Atlantic regions. The deals add safety program management, OSHA training, jobsite inspections, and staffing/workforce development services to the platform while extending geographic reach into Tennessee, Texas, Oklahoma, and surrounding markets.
