Smile Group Acquires creativestyle GmbH

Smile Group has acquired Munich-based e‑commerce agency creativestyle GmbH, with the transaction supported by Smile's shareholders Keensight Capital and Eurazeo. The deal brings creativestyle's ~85 digital experts and Polish delivery capabilities into Smile's 2,000‑person open‑source digital platform to accelerate Smile's expansion into the German and German‑speaking markets and strengthen its e‑commerce offerings.
