26North Partners LP (26North) agreed to acquire a controlling stake in AVI-SPL, the global leader in audio-video (AV) and unified communications (UC) technologies. The deal was later announced as completed, with AVI-SPL joining 26North’s private equity portfolio; Marlin Equity Partners and other sellers retained minority interests. Financial terms were not disclosed, and closing occurred in connection with 26North’s acquisition completion announcement.
