Solaris Energy Infrastructure acquired Global Energy Services Alliance (GESA), a full-cycle power generation services provider. The transaction was funded with about $55 million in cash consideration and the issuance of approximately three million Class A Solaris shares, strengthening Solaris’ end-to-end power installation, commissioning, and long-term O&M capabilities.
