Solmetex, LLC, a portfolio company of Avista Capital Partners, has acquired Sterisil, a Palmer Lake, Colorado-based developer of dental unit waterline infection control products. The add-on strengthens Solmetex's position as a category leader in dental water treatment and safety management, expanding product capabilities and support for dental practices and DSOs in the U.S. and internationally.
