Bloomington-based Solution Tree Inc. acquired Results Coaching Global (RCG), a Texas-based provider of K-12 leadership coaching, in a transaction completed January 3, 2022 for an undisclosed amount. The founders of RCG will remain involved as strategic advisors while RCG will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary to expand Solution Tree's professional learning and coaching capabilities.

K12 Coalition Acquires Keys to Literacy and Professional Development Institute

K12 Coalition has acquired Keys to Literacy (KTL) and Professional Development Institute (PDI), expanding its portfolio of K–12 professional learning, literacy curriculum, and teacher development solutions. The deal brings Keys to Literacy’s evidence-based programs (in 500+ districts) and PDI’s 380,000+ teacher enrollments into K12 Coalition’s single, outcomes-driven ecosystem to scale professional development and support district partners.

Litera Acquires Kira Systems

Litera has agreed to acquire Kira Systems, a Toronto-based leader in machine learning contract analysis, to strengthen its Transaction Management platform and expand due diligence workflows. As part of the deal, Kira majority investor Insight Partners will become a minority investor in Litera while Hg remains Litera's majority investor; Kira's AI research team will spin out as a new company, Zuva.

Beable Education Acquires Readorium

Genius SIS Acquires LiteracyPro Systems

The acquisition is an add-on to Genius designed to expand its capabilities and presence in adult education and workforce development markets; terms were not disclosed.
