Solvane Group has completed its $50 million acquisition of the Evolve Restoration platform, creating a Dallas-headquartered national property restoration group. The combined platform delivers storm damage restoration and roofing plus fire, smoke, water, and mold remediation services across more than 35 markets in the United States, Canada, and Australia.
