ACR (AmerCareRoyal, LLC), backed by Oridian Capital Partners, has acquired RediBagUSA, a New Hyde Park, New York-based supplier of reusable retail bags, paper products, and packaging solutions. The acquisition expands ACR’s reusable bags and packaging product portfolio and strengthens its position in the sustainable packaging market. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Soteria Flexibles AcquireCo Buys Imaflex for CAD $123M

Soteria Flexibles AcquireCo Ltd., an affiliate of Soteria Flexibles Corp., acquired Imaflex Inc. through a plan of arrangement, purchasing all outstanding common shares for CAD $2.35 per share in cash (about CAD $123 million equity value). The transaction received final court approval on February 20, 2026 and was completed on or about February 27, 2026, with expected TSX Venture delisting on March 3, 2026.

TedPack LLC Acquires Fairview International's Flexible Packaging Business

TedPack LLC acquired the flexible packaging business operations of Fairview International LLC effective July 1, 2025, and established its first U.S. subsidiary with headquarters in Port Washington, Wisconsin. The deal preserves existing customer relationships and transitions Fairview's Jackson, Wisconsin packaging operations to TedPack to provide localized service across all 50 states.
