Smart Parking Limited (ASX: SPZ) has completed the acquisition of 100% of the issued capital of Oklahoma-based boutique parking operator American Parking. The $12 million deal expands Smart Parking’s managed parking footprint into Oklahoma and Arkansas and adds 54 premium managed parking locations, with planned deployment of its SmartCloud platform across the acquired sites.

KKR Acquires The Parking Spot from Green Courte Partners

Metropolis Technologies Acquires SP Plus Corporation for $1.5 Billion

The acquisition brings DIVRT’s IP and a Bengaluru-based technology team into SP+ to strengthen its frictionless SaaS offerings and establish a technology innovation lab in India.
