Smart Parking Limited Acquires American Parking to Expand U.S. Footprint

Smart Parking Limited (ASX: SPZ) has completed the acquisition of 100% of the issued capital of Oklahoma-based boutique parking operator American Parking. The $12 million deal expands Smart Parking’s managed parking footprint into Oklahoma and Arkansas and adds 54 premium managed parking locations, with planned deployment of its SmartCloud platform across the acquired sites.

Green Courte Partners Acquires Park n' Jet Expanding Near-Airport Parking Portfolio in Salt Lake City

Green Courte Partners, through Green Courte Real Estate Partners IV, acquired Park n' Jet, a near-airport parking operator serving Salt Lake City International Airport. Park n' Jet was previously leased and operated from an adjacent site owned by the fund, and Green Courte plans to consolidate the two neighboring parking properties into an integrated facility with approximately 4,400 spaces across more than 40 acres.
