Specialty Networks Acquires Gastrologix

Specialty Networks, a portfolio company of Linden Capital Partners, has acquired Gastrologix, a gastroenterology-focused group purchasing organization (GPO) with more than 470 practice locations and roughly 2,300 providers in its network. The acquisition will integrate Gastrologix into Specialty Networks' real-world data, technology, and tech-enabled services to deliver clinical and economic value to independent GI practices and industry partners.
