Spectrum Equity Invests $100 Million in Netcraft

Growth-investment firm Spectrum Equity has made a $100 million minority/growth equity investment in London-based cybercrime disruption company Netcraft. The funding will support Netcraft’s expansion into the U.S., the build-out of sales and marketing teams, and further product and AI capability development; Netcraft also appointed Ryan Woodley as CEO.
