Sphere Investigations Platform (Mangrove & Sunlake) Acquires PHENIX Investigations and Fraud Sniffr

Mangrove Equity Partners and Sunlake Capital Partners launched Sphere Investigations Holdings, LLC and completed the platform's first two acquisitions with investments in PHENIX Investigations, Inc. and Fraud Sniffr, Inc. The deal brings together complementary investigative capabilities—asset searches and complex corporate investigations from PHENIX and social-media-driven insurance fraud investigations from Fraud Sniffr—to build a national investigations services platform targeting insurers, law firms and corporate clients.
