Standard Wellness Holdings, LLC acquired the Cannabist pharmacy in Springville, Utah and will operate the location under the name The Forest Springville. The acquisition (paid with a combination of cash and a seller note) expands Standard Wellness's vertically integrated footprint in Utah and strengthens its cultivation and processing operations in the state.
