StarApps Acquires AppMaker to Expand Enterprise Mobile Commerce on Shopify

StarApps has acquired AppMaker, a native mobile application platform used by more than 200 enterprise Shopify brands, in an all-cash transaction with undisclosed financial terms. The deal combines StarApps’ distribution across Shopify merchants with AppMaker’s technology to help brands expand from web merchandising into the mobile customer journey, with a continued focus on mobile and web conversion and retention.
