Stirista Acquires New York Branding Firm ZDI

Stirista, a data-driven performance marketing company based in San Antonio, acquired ZDI, a New York–based digital branding and creative agency. The acquisition brings ZDI's creative, video and CTV capabilities into Stirista's full-service omnichannel marketing offerings, with ZDI founder Richard Zimmer joining Stirista as Vice President of Brand and Creative.
