Stirista Acquires Venture Development Center (VDC)

Stirista announced on March 10, 2021 that it has acquired Venture Development Center (VDC), a data marketplace and data monetization specialist. The deal adds VDC's alternative data and identity assets (clients include Accenture, Asurion, TransUnion and Warner Media) to Stirista's identity resolution and Data Marketplace Exchange; VDC CEO Matthew W. Staudt will join Stirista as Chief Strategy Officer.
