Stonebridge Partners Acquires CVM Electric

Stonebridge Partners has closed its buy of CVM Electric, acquiring the electrical design and installation contractor from its founder and the Madonia family (Carlo Madonia Jr. and his sons Tre and Kyle). The Madonia family retained a significant stake and continues in leadership roles. Stonebridge plans to expand CVM’s service offerings and pursue geographic growth.
