StoneX Group to Acquire Banco Travelex to Expand Brazil Payments, PIX and FX Platform

StoneX Group has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Banco Travelex, expanding its payments and foreign exchange capabilities in Brazil. The acquisition adds regulated banking infrastructure, enabling clients to hold local and foreign currency bank accounts in Brazil, along with new PIX, internet and mobile banking, and settlement services.
