Stran & Company Acquires T R Miller Co., Inc.

Stran & Company, Inc. (NASDAQ: SWAG) completed the acquisition of the assets and business of T R Miller Co., Inc., a branded merchandise and promotional-products provider. The acquisition adds T R Miller's 20,000 sq. ft. decoration, fulfillment and distribution center in Walpole, Massachusetts and about $19 million of FY2022 revenue, enhancing Stran's operational and fulfillment capabilities.
