Stryten Energy LLC has signed a definitive agreement to acquire C&D Technologies, Inc. and Trojan Battery Company, LLC (together, C&D Trojan). The deal is expected to close in Q3 2026 and will create a scaled, lead- and lithium-based energy storage manufacturing platform.
