Studiosity Acquires Norvalid to Add Authorship Validation for Higher Education

Studiosity has announced the acquisition of Norvalid to expand its research-supported learning and writing support platform with student authorship validation capabilities. Norvalid’s technology uses digital linguistic fingerprinting and tailored confirmation tools to help institutions support students while maintaining assessment integrity in the age of generative AI. The deal is subject to standard closing processes and is expected to be completed by December 1, 2025.
