Sumitomo Forestry Co., Ltd. completed its acquisition of Tri Pointe Homes, Inc. for $47.00 per share. Following closing, Tri Pointe Homes became a wholly owned subsidiary of Sumitomo Forestry America, Inc. and will cease trading on the New York Stock Exchange.
