Superior Health Holdings, backed by Renovus Capital Partners, has acquired Chant Healthcare, a Southeast Oklahoma provider of home health, homecare, and hospice services operating through Compassion Home Care and Sans Bois Hospice. The deal establishes Superior’s first presence in Oklahoma across 11 counties and is positioned for further expansion toward Oklahoma City and Tulsa.
