Gainesville, Virginia-based Superior Paving Corp. has acquired Kickin' Asphalt Paving & Excavating, LLC of Strasburg, Virginia, expanding Superior's operations along the I-81 corridor and into West Virginia. The deal is Superior's second acquisition of 2024 and increases the company's regional capacity while providing continuity for Kickin' Asphalt's employees and customers.
