SupplyCo Acquires Precision Abrasives and D&S Tool & Supply

SupplyCo, the industrial-supply platform formed by Tecum Equity Alpha Management (TEAM) and The Armstrong Group, has acquired Precision Abrasives (Zelienople, PA) and D&S Tool & Supply (Mars, PA) as add-on acquisitions to expand its product line and technical capabilities. The transactions broaden SupplyCo's line card across abrasives, cutting tools and metal-removal products and bring two regional distributors into the platform.
