SureWerx announced it has acquired American Safety Clothing Inc. (ASC). The terms were not disclosed. The acquisition expands SureWerx’s USA-made safety apparel offering, strengthens its PPE/protective apparel capabilities—particularly in arc flash, high heat, FR, and cut-resistant categories—and brings the Oberon and ASC brands together.
